The
Residence was built as an old Sardinian
village, scrupulously respecting local traditions
and the nature, which took materials and
colors: pink granite di Gallura merges with
plaster from the warm pastel colors, wood,
antique tiles covering the Sardinian roofs.
Every house is different and we can
then offer apartments to suit every need
from the apartment studio from 120 square
meters.
Each apartment, furnished
in accordance with the taste of owners,
has an entrance, terrace or veranda with
private garden (furnished with table and
chairs), the car park.
Heart of
the village is the swimming pool (open June
1 to September 30) on which overlook the
bar, the center services, laundry and restaurant.
A short distance (300 meters)
from the Residence, the famous Piazzetta
San Marco,
the heart of Porto
Rotondo,
where it is not random meet celebrities
and jet set nationally and internationally.

Porto
Rotondo
is located in a splendid natural creek about
15 km from Olbia. He has great tourist
importance and it is one of
the most famous places of Sardinia.
It
offers great potential for leisure and entertainment
in addition to a crystal clear and unpolluted
sea.
Porto Rotondo offers a holiday
in contact with unique natural beauty like
the islets of Soffi and Mortorio, the Costa
Smeralda and many beautiful bays.
Porto
Rotondo is full of beaches, nightclubs and
restaurants where you can meet celebrities.
Supermarket, post offices, banks
and restaurants are very close, as well
as the harbour and some beaches within walking
distance (Sporting and another on the left
of harbour’s entrance).
To
reach the other beaches (Ira, Sassi, Algae)
for greater comfort is recommended the use
of the car.
